Unlike a lot of companies who claim to provide 24 hour recovery we operate a genuine 24 hour recovery service throughout the Tyne & Wear area that is available every single day (and night!) of the year

This is the same recovery used by the emergency services.

If you've been involved in a non fault accident we will arrange for all recovery & storage costs to be claimed directly from the other persons insurers along with full compensation for any damage, expense or injury caused

If you are fully comprehensively insured (or third party, fire & theft in the case of stolen or fire damaged vehicles) and are making an insurance claim any recovery and storage costs will be covered by your insurers at nationally agreed rated.
